2. Time Blocking

Time blocking is all about scheduling your day in advance. Assign specific blocks of time to tasks, such as “9:00–10:30 AM: Write blog content” or “2:00–3:00 PM: Social media planning.” 

This technique helps you focus on priorities and ensures you’re making the most of your day. Combine it with the Pomodoro Technique for even better results.

3. The Eisenhower Matrix

Struggling to prioritize tasks? Use the Eisenhower Matrix to categorize them into four quadrants:

  • Urgent and Important: Do these immediately (like responding to a client inquiry about a collaboration or sponsorship deal).
